Silence is golden

For about two or three weeks now I've neither been able to receive nor write any SMS with my cellphone, nor make any calls with my cell. Now, it's even completely out of service because I haven't paid my bill yet. Even though it's a pain in the ass (I like the feeling of being able to call or text at any moment incase something happens. It's stupid, but I admit it), I've really enjoyed the "lightness" of not having any cellphone around me all the time, of not feeling that I have to answer SMS right away or call people back immediately, don't have to be available all the time (exception: I want to receive SMS from my baby, sniff)....aaaahhhhhhh, silence is golden. If only I managed to feel the same thing about my emails...Usually, I check my email accounts (of course I don't have just one, like most of you. One's for AIESEC work, one's private, one is my so-called "administrative" account for job applications etc. and one's for aiesec.net-spam and other large messages. Oh, and my hotmail-account, but it's mainly just for MSN purposes, hardly use it) more than once a day, I should stop that, or keep it to twice a day only. That shouldn't be a problem once University starts again (October 24) though.

At the moment, I'm working on the Alumni Newletter of AIESEC in Switzerland (4th edition), it has to be finished tomorrow!!!! Didn't manage to do much on the weekend :-s Hope it will look good once it's done....Job searching hasn't been successful so far. Called this one agency I've been working for the past three years, but they don't really give me any job offers anymore. Geneva just isn't the place to be for Product Promotion I guess :-( I won't give up! I will contact Adecco tomorrow and consult the University page again for job offers too.
