Well folks, what can I say. You're all asking about my thesis. Let's say right now my situation is quite "complicated". Hoping this is just another administrative thing (just need to make important corrections), and not the beginning of another nightmare.
Other than that, my life is actually going really well. Ironic, isn't it?
- I got pretty fantastic work certificates from
here and
here- I most likely got a job at the
Gurtenfestival again. Hardly pays, but I get a backstage pass again
- I am visiting my dear friend Wiebke in Hamburg/Flensburg at the beginning of June (she was my German hostsister during my language home stay program in Costa Rica in 2004)
- My black MacBook finally arrived
- I am seeing one mentor (you know who you are) on 1st of May, and another one (my former boss from
here ) soon after that
- My tax declaration for 2006 was done on time for a change (yes, in my life, this is a point worth mentioning :-))
- I have a new great friend who goes with me through thick and thin with this thesis thing. We've been supporting each other for the past weeks, getting to know each other better etc. I don't know what I would have done without her...
- My vacation with Christian is booked, for the last week of June. The first time since December 2004 that we're going on vacation together! Where are we going? To
Valencia, Spain. We'll even see parts of the
America's Cup- I got a ticket for the India.Arie & John Legend concert at the
Montreux Jazz Festival- My little sister got a great internship at
this hotel. So happy for her! (her happiness is my happiness, which is why I am posting this here)
- Am finding old friends again thanks to procrastination tools that you're very familiar with
